We are looking for an Account Representative who will support our US-based client during after- hours operations. The role involves communicating with key stakeholders by creating work orders in a ticket-based system for technicians and clients, as well as providing updates and calling to check the status of current appointments.

- Monday: 6:00 AM– 11:30 AM
- Tuesday: 6:00 AM– 1:00 PM
- Wednesday: 6:00 AM– 1:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 PM– 9:00 AM
- Sunday: 12:00 AM– 10:00 AM
Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - 35,000 Total monthly package
Work set up: Onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa Office During Training

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Scheduling and/or rescheduling technicians’ appointments for all work orders
Entering notes onto a work order ticket system based on communication with technicians and clients
Calling technicians to retrieve updates and work order statuses
Following up with technicians for needed updates on work order progress and monitoring service completion
Performing task requirements or assigning tasks to the correct fulfillment agents
Managing and ensuring that tasks are fulfilled with high-quality delivery in a timely manner
Responding to other duties and tasks in a timely and professional manner
Accomplishing all assigned tasks within the Service Level Agreement and escalating matters as needed

Qualifications

Able to work independently with minimal supervision (after-hours role)
Proven voice and non-voice BPO customer service experience
Strong English communication for local and international collaboration
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain clear communication
Excellent email and phone etiquette; confident engaging stakeholders without a script
Resourceful in resolving conflicts and handling escalations
Flexible, personable, and able to take initiative with good judgment
Experience with staff dispatch or CRM platforms is a plus but not required

Job Description

The role
The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will handle the day-to-day operations of the corporate accounts payable function. This includes reviewing, coding, and processing high-volume vendor invoices, reconciling statements, and executing weekly payment cycles. This role ensures financial accuracy and compliance with internal safety and purchasing guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Management:
- Receive, verify, and process invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipts.
- Assign accurate General Ledger (GL) codes and cost centers to invoices.
- Resolve purchase order discrepancies by communicating with field project managers and estimators.
Payment Execution:
- Schedule and prepare weekly disbursement batches via Automated Clearing House (ACH), wires, and checks.
- Monitor payment schedules to take advantage of supplier cash discount opportunities.
- Audit and process employee travel expense claims and corporate credit card statements.
Vendor & Account Reconciliation:
- Reconcile vendor monthly statements to identify missing invoices or outstanding credits.
- Respond to internal and external vendor payment inquiries in a professional and prompt manner.
- Onboard new vendors and maintain up-to-date documentation, including tax forms
Reporting & Compliance:
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, including accounts payable accruals.
- Maintain clean financial historical records through secure digital and physical filing systems.
- Provide documentation to support internal or external financial audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2–4 years of experience specifically dedicated to corporate accounts payable or general bookkeeping.
Experience in construction, logistics, or field services is a major plus, emphasizing high- volume data entries.
Strong working knowledge of major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, SAP, Oracle).
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
High attention to detail, strong mathematical and analytical skills, and robust communication skills to handle cross-departmental coordination.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

The role:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive and coordinate customer service requests, ensuring all service calls are scheduled in accordance with department guidelines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional email and phone etiquette, able to confidently engage stakeholders and handle escalation calls without relying on scripts.

Prior exposure to different CRM platforms is a plus but not required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists to introduce services, generate organic interest, and identify key decision-makers.
Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects based on established criteria, accurately document detailed conversations, and maintain organized records of all interactions.
Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery calls, consultations, and sales appointments, confirming schedules and coordinating with internal team members for a smooth handoff.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, or business development. Experience selling services or working in a B2B environment is highly preferred.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Must possess strong rapport-building, active listening, and objection-handling abilities, and feel comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate appointments and sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, backed by strong persuasive closing skills and a goal-oriented mindset.

Transaction Support & Coordination: Coordinate with buyers, sellers, title companies, inspectors, contractors, and lenders to ensure all paperwork is completed on time. Assist in scheduling as needed.
Marketing: Design property flyers and social media content; manage email drip campaigns.
Research: Do market analysis, prelisting analysis, MLS research
General Admin: Manage calendars, schedule showings, and handle email correspondence.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Real Estate VA (US market experience is a plus).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. Must be comfortable making outbound calls.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft, GSuite (Drive, Sheets, Docs), CRM software, and Canva.
Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
BPO Background: Experience in sales or customer service accounts is a major advantage.
